George Nurijanian
Hello,
Did you know that according to a 2017 report, 51% of Americans age 21-26 typically go to a bar at least once per week, followed by 42% of all millennials, 24% of Generation Xers, and 19% of baby boomers?

How to Achieve Life-Changing Success With Only One Idea
I really resonated with this idea that 1 idea can feed us through our lifetime as creative people.
The co-founder of Zillow, Expedia & Glassdoor has one.
It reminded me of something like an investment thesis (in this case, investment of our time and creative effort). It’s your unique philosophy + a way to model the world.

“Think for yourself to decide 1) what you want, 2) what is true, and 3) what you should do to achieve #1 in light of #2.” - Ray Dalio
“I consider the creative process to be like: you’re in a dark room. You can’t see a thing. You’re on hands and knees and you crawl about. All the things you need are somewhere in that room, and as you touch the thing that resonates, you pull it to you, and you start bringing it all together.” - Matt Reeves

What’s the ONE Thing you can do this week such that by doing it everything else would be easier or unnecessary?
Try this in the next 7 days: (1) Find a place where you spend the most of your creative/focus time. (2) Mark a spot in your line of vision (somewhere behind/above the monitor). (3) Put a large note on it with your goals. (4) When you find yourself not working on those goals during the day, write down why. The answers will surprise you.
This image really resonated with a few people recently. I wonder why?
