The Secret To Crafting Winning Strategies As An Experienced Product Manager
Write it out without a crutch.
I am writing a strategy for 2024.
So much unique, "George-only" context comes out that it would be impossible to distil it into a cozy diagram, show it to someone, and say, "Do you get it?"
No framework could anticipate these nuances.
It has to pour out, as opposed to pouring in (into a mould of a framework).
I am guilty of peddling frameworks (as some would say).
I know they can be helpful to novices, who I know read me too.
But once you go through a few loops as a novice, try returning to the same subject.
You'll have scars and new eyes so you won't be the same person.
